After receiving my BFA in illustration from Savannah College of Art and Design and my MFA from Maryland Institute College of Art, I’ve been a professional commercial artist and educator for over a decade, working in illustration & design across media, with a focus on children’s literature. In recent years my practice has returned more to my original loves of drawing and painting, and expanded to more mature audiences. I’m currently interested in exploring the crossroads between fine art, illustration, and design with expression at the root of it all.
